TOUR PRICE: 

• $8000 per person sharing in double room
• $9500 per person single room

TOUR INCLUDES: accommodations in the indicated hotels and categories; breakfast each morning; seven dinners; one picnic lunch (plus a food walk that serves as lunch); ground transportation from arrival city to departure city; admission and guided tours to all listed sights; my services as guide, driver, translator and window on European culture.

NOT INCLUDED: airfare to and from Europe; lunches and dinners not mentioned in the itinerary; admission to any sights not listed in the itinerary.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: The dollar is at a middle ground right now against the Euro (not weak, not strong). I’ve based the tour cost on an exchange rate of $1.15 = €1 (it’s currently $1.1513). If for some reason the exchange rate changes by more than $0.05 (above $1.20, or below $1.10) I may have to adjust the cost slightly (either up or down), based on the new rate, but this should have only a minor effect on the overall cost.

PAYMENT TERMS: A deposit of 20% of the tour price is required to confirm the tour. Deposits are non-refundable, and form a portion of the final tour payment. Final payment is due 60 days before the trip start date, and is non-refundable beyond that date. Payment can be made online using an e-check; or in the form of a paper check made payable to Hand Crafted Travel LLC; or can be sent via Zelle to bryan@handcraftedtravel.com. Payments by credit card incur a convenience fee (charged by our credit card processor).
